Vought ascended to the OMB Directorship then shouted “Everyone who’s not me can go fuck themselves!” slammed the door behind him, launched “a dizzying range of attacks” on medical research, healthcare spending (that didn’t affect his Daughter), USAID, PEPFAR … you get the idea.
