6. Smiting the Bad Guys like a Deity of old . . .

Bolt of Biblical Righteous Justice out of the blue to right the wrongs of the World, level.

Couple of questions though:

What evidence is there these were drug runners?
What intelligence precedes such a strike?
Are the military behind and operating such an operation OK with this?
Can we see the evidence and logic behind all this?
Why not wait until such a boat enters US waters - if it does - and intercept it?
Any comments from the International Court of Justice?

If you are going to do extrajudicial killings, a big explosion that destroys every possible piece of evidence, the boat, the people and any cargo, is a 'great' way to do it.
At least there will be a lot of well fed and very stoned carnivorous fish out there.
