The initial objection was that he hadn't shot the officer. One of the usual Gamers came around to show all the credulous libs that he was charged (or perhaps seemed to have been) with discharging a firearm, which is an altogether different thing. This was supposed to be great own, but it was at best non-responsive to the question. Now the question is did he even discharge a weapon. It seems clear that federal prosecutors don't believe he actually hit anyone. But did either of his weapons even fire?
