"New York congressional maps were not redrawn for the 2026 elections. On March 2, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court blocked a lower court order that would have required new maps, ensuring the existing maps remain in effect for the 2026 midterm elections.

Key details regarding New York’s 2026 redistricting:Supreme Court Ruling: The high court intervened in a lawsuit regarding the 11th Congressional District, halting a state court order that demanded a redraw.

Failed Challenge: A challenge alleging that current maps diluted Black and Latino voting power in Staten Island and Brooklyn was successfully paused, allowing the 2024-era maps to stand for 2026.

Long-term Outlook: While Democrats are considering future legal challenges, a 2026 redraw was deemed infeasible by the supreme court.

Primary Impact: The maps used for the June 2026 primary and November 2026 general election are the same as those used in 2024."
-Ibid.

California withdrew their maps after voters decided it was okay for 2026.

The Grand Old Pedophiles in Tallahassee should have also put this on the ballot for the Florida citizens to decide. They did not, since it would require 60% approval. So, they just ignored the 2010 law that prohibits gerrymandering. The 2010 amendment did pass with over 60% of the vote.
