As for no tax on tips, it only applies to tips paid directly to the worker. If it's included on the receipt, you have to pay taxes on those tips. And guess what, stores are now putting the tip on the receipt.

So if anyone here, wants to tip so that the worker doesn't have to pay taxes, give the tip directly to the worker.
If you fill in the tip line on the receipt, they'll still have to pay the taxes on that tip.
