I am no longer willing to trust prosecutors to not abuse the GJ process, no matter the administration or jurisdiction. Even good prosecutors rely on the police for evidence, and the police have always been crypto-fascist, and willing to lie, withhold evidence, or be VERY selective in their investigations.
