It's been used in questionable ways by past administrations. I very much doubt the current administration would use it responsibly anyway. Maybe it's worth resurrecting at some later date, we can 86 FISA for now.

Let F47 neuter his own surveillance capabilities if that's what he wants to do. Don't threaten me with a good time!
