16. The $83 million verdict is still pending review.

The Second Circuit denied rehearing en banc on April 29. Trump has 90 days from then to file a petition for a writ of certiorari seeking review in that case. The denial of cert in the first case doesn't bode well for him, but doesn't preclude the court from granting cert in the second case.
