the state of Michigan will receive a share of the toll revenue. What is Trump saying? Does he intend to claim ownership by the federal government? Does he have some nefarious plan to pocket the toll revenue himself (probably)? I guess he thinks he should be able to replace the bribe money he is currently getting from owner of the old bridge with tolls from the new bridge.

I would call Trump a Mafioso, but I wouldn't want to insult the actual Mafia.
