'Briefly unconscious': Sen. Mitch McConnell provides health update, photo from the hospital

After being hospitalized for nearly a month, Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell has provided an update on his health and a photo from the hospital.
Sunday evening, a statement from the senator and his attending physician was released.

McConnell reveals that he fell at home and was briefly unconscious, leading to his hospitalization. While in the hospital, he also developed a case of pneumonia.

“My doctors have confirmed that I didn’t break any bones or suffer a concussion. I didn’t have a heart attack or a stroke. I don’t have any tumors or hemorrhages. But I was briefly unconscious and was taken to the hospital."
