to make a misdemeanor to administer a mRNA vaccine in the state. it didn’t make it through the funnel, meaning it wasn’t voted out of committee by the required date, but it did get voted out of subcommittee by a 2-1 party line vote.

It’s supposed to be dead, but it can still be brought back to life until the clowns adjourn. I really don’t want to have to drive 2-2 1/2 hours to get a covid booster.
