5. Imagine if Leo showed up...unannounced...for tomorrow's vigil.

That would be a classic south side f’ck you power move that would change the game. And anyone from the south side his age knows he’s at least gotta be thinking about it.

Hell of PR move for the church too. Don’t just write letters about it…do something. Others may remember Mike Pflager…Chicago priest…reason why we don’t advertise cigarettes to kids (may sound trivial now but eliminating the “cool” factor was a big deal in smoking reduction).

Just my imagination but hey, Father Bob could drop in for a portillo’s or vito & nick’s, go to a vigil, make his point and be home before most people knew he was on the ground. And with a US passport, he doesn’t need a visa and could be in Broadview 15 minutes after walking through customs at O’hare.

That would trigger some folks.

But I know…wishful thinking. 🤷🏻‍♂️
