2. What actually is a low-grade inflammation?

Yesterday

I get that it's not a virus or a cold ... but I'm not sure what it is.

In my family's biological heritage, we seem to be dying more from cancer than from heart disease. But maybe I need to worry about other stuff too? It seems like there's always something to worry about.
