...nothing should pass unless it has a proviso that no federal law enforcement is allowed to wear masks, and to not have conspicuous identification unless they're in plainclothes.

I'm getting pretty damn sick of people in leadership positions who aren't willing, right now, today, to go to mat to fight the existence of a secret police force.
