Does the Pig think he is dictator, king, emperor. You bet he does. Ignores the Constitution, doesn't go to the GOP in Congress to get laws passed for his policies. Has a secret police and is carrying out ethnic cleansing. He is a malignant narcissist and he will not tolerate slight, challenge or contradiction. The legislative and judicial branches largely bow to his wishes and cover for him. His cultists worship as prophet and god.

Divine Right of Kings asserts that a monarch is not accountable to any earthly authority because their right to rule is derived from divine authority. The monarch is not subject to We the People.
