I can't find anything that confirms he was under oath. Some articles call it "an interview". Some say "to testify" behind closed doors.

June 2008: Epstein pleads guilty

July 2009: Epstein is released from jail

November 2013: Antonova and Nikolic meet with Epstein at his NYC townhouse
Antonova begins living in an apartment that Epstein provided her.

2017: Epstein emails Gates about Antonova after Gates’s extramarital affair ended and asked Gates to reimburse him for Antonova’s coding school costs.
