It helped today. Feeling down. Still trying to sell mom and my house and it has taken so long a new Sheriff Sale is scheduled for April 30. I hope we can hold them off but not sure. Problem is we owe so much we need to sell for $500,000 - and we’ve had 4 offers of $450,000. Depressing.
