I used to call up local Colorado advertisers whose ads appeared during Limbaugh's show to tell them I would never spend any money on their products or services, and that I'd tell my friends (yes, I had some) to avoid them, too.

At the bookshops where I worked, Limbaugh's and others' books used to get little black paper Hitler moustaches applied to the covers -- then straight to the dollar bin on the sidewalk. Some of the reactions were priceless.
