Yes, because somebody is making money from it, and that somebody is NOT the very real musicians/producers/recording engineers that created the music that the AI model was trained on. (i.e. the music that was stolen without permission)

I wouldn't be surprised in the least to learn that Spotify itself created this AI "band" so that it doesn't have to share a dime of the revenue it gets from streaming this slop.
