Some say it's dry, but that's what gravy is for. Actually, I've never had dry turkey.

My gs eats the dark meat, too. I think guys generally prefer the stronger flavor.

I like all parts of the turkey, but my favorite is definitely the breast. Bonus: zero Weight Watcher points.

If you cut off the nubbin at the end of the leg, the meat of the drumstick will shrink during cooking.
