Several of the posts say that the UK regulating agency (DVLA) has said that the bonnet location for the E-types an acceptable exception to their general (vertically mounted?) registration number display requirements.

The vehicle registration document shows his and hers ownership, a local owner who had great connections within motor sport especially classic and historic the Jaguar was driven across to Europe often, the last major trip to celebrate Switzerland 1986 International Commemorative E-Type Rally, Brighton, Geneva, Crans to Interlaken, Brunnen.

A very reluctant sale originally her late husbands motor car, accepting maturity sadly she is unable to drive the Jaguar E-Type anymore.

Our Fisher Restoration Company were recently commissioned to complete a full bare metal respray no expense spared and certainly not rushed this has been completed to a very high standard we do have a photographic record of the work showing the excellent condition of the bodywork.
