gave me a script for Erythromycin Ophthalmic Ointment which he puts in my eye after the shot and which I sometimes use after the numbing wears off. It helps with the pain. I need to test this before my next shot but one time I had taken ibuprofen before I went to my appointment and I had a lot less pain.
