a little food truck in Door County with pickled vegetables and Vietnamese spices. Soo good and I'm from Chicago.

I like mustard, followed by chili without beans, diced onions, mounds of extra sharp cheddar cheese.

Chow Chow is a relish made of cabbage and often also green tomato. Comes in mild, medium and hot. Better than pickle
