8. I only ordered once and won't order from them again

They placed the second order for me to get the item at the discounted price. Now I have to return the one I ordered. And now they want to offer a discount on an item (I guess the bot does not know about the other orders). You're right, there's no doubt another order would not go well ha ha

That's one of the reasons they have AI customer service bots; so people don't have to deal with complaining customers. Intractable Monday #4
