Does anybody know what time it is?

I have an automatic clock (you know, the kind that sets itself) in my livingroom. Yesterday morning, I was pleased to see that it had switched to daylight savings time in a timely manner (!). Later on, yesterday evening, it had arbitrarily changed back to standard time. Today, it was on daylight savings time all day and this evening, it went back to standard time. Consequently, I have no idea what time it's supposed to be. I have to check my phone or the TV.

The fact that the clock can set itself to the right time freaks me out. I sometimes think it may be possessed. I have seen it move around the hours all by itself like in a movie and it seems like the Twilight Zone to me. At work, I mentioned to a couple of people that it scares me and they just laughed at me. It made me feel like the office idiot.

And to those who would suggest I get rid of the clock, it has sentimental value. It was in my mother and grandmother's house before it was in mine. I am nothing if not sentimental.

So, in conclusion, I hope it picks the right time and stays there soon, since there's no way to set it manually.
