Sometimes sleep comes hard, awakening comes even harder so it's given to one of the great treasures to provide the kind of help a therapist would envy, Coffee.

I say this with some humor, and one of the most things that I am truly grateful for is my ability to add humor to a stressful moment.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to smile, to lighten someone's load with a well timed joke, and of course, to be able to laugh out way through a tough hour or 96.
