B451 made a emergency stop after passing the biker. Don’t worry, the biker made it out okay with no injuries, I got to talk with the engineer of the train and showed him this exact footage here, and said he doesn’t want something like this to ever happen to him. The train got moving again after half an hour and traffic continued normal.
