4. I spent an hour and 20 minutes holding on a call to Walgreen's yesterday.

Placed the call at 12:10 p.m., and got a recording telling me there were three calls ahead of me. Since it was a "must" call, I decided to wait, only to finally hear "The Pharmacy closes at 1:30 for a half hour lunchbreak....*CLICK*."
