How are you and the family doing friend hope all is well . Heading to the gym in a bit to workout ,at the moment I’m having coffee and my furry son is sleeping on my feet on back porch.
Fell asleep around 20:00 and was wide awake 01:30 decided just to get up start the day tossed in a a load of laundry.
Ran into one of your M.O.S. Tribe members at work the other day 19K series and as you he is Gulf war veteran he’s a fine man thinks as we think.
We were picking up freight at the same customer and he climbed into my tractor and we talked.
He’s running local as i am we have start times half hour apart like me he just turned sixty and we’re both waiting to hit 65 to collect Medicare and our union pension.
As me he doesn’t want to purchase gap insurance the price is high.
At one time in retirement if you were not 65 yet teamsters actually had you and family covered on health care insurance fully paid until you went on Medicare.
I’m hoping we have the beginnings of a reset come midterms 46 years of trickledown and here we are in late stages of vulture capitalism.
Take it easy Aristus.
