5. I know indoor and outdoor labor is crazy work

All I'm suggesting (I'm not trying to be bossy) is hire someone to do the mulching and landscaping for you when you can't physically do this work anymore.

I'd rather you keep your home for several reasons:

1. Rent prices are insane these days compared to mortgages.

2. You have one nightmare of a neighbor currently. This could be much worse in an apartment. It could be multiple nightmare neighbors. Or it could be livable and manageable.

3. Parking. Depending on circumstances, a separate condo with separate driveways would be ideal. But in an apartment, you'd most likely have to share a parking lot or parking space which can be a nightmare itself. I'm only speaking from my past experiences. I hated apartment living. It didn't help that I worked 2nd shift at the time while everyone else was 1st shifters.

O.o. I had to climb a ladder a few days ago. It was shaky for me. My entire body started to shake and I whined about it.

That's a strange place for a razor blade knife!

Thank you.

I hope that your day is good as well!
