I hope that you and Mrs. LuckyCharms get to live in your beloved home for a long while yet.

I had forgotten about senior complexes and in most cases in would be ideal for most people.

I just never forgotten my terrible renting experiences (neighbors, noise and parking issues).

I wasn't up that high on the ladder either, but I get shaky due to my fear of heights. I was hanging a Dollar Tree disco ball ornament since my disposable foil pan bird deterrents weren't rain and wind proof.
