Monday

I taught for 25 years (late 20's to mid 50's) but left due to utter mental burnout. So earlier this year I took a job in Transportation for a medical rehab company. The position was basically mis-represented and I'm on the road about 5-7 hours per day. I like it well enough but I'm WHIPPED at the end of the day frankly. I need to work until I'm 62 but really don't know if I'm gonna make it for all the reasons that have already been mentioned. I'm in decent shape but GD it's a grind......all that being said, I'd be retired and on easy street like some of my friends if I would've invested well over the years but I didn't and here I am. That's the bad news, the good news is my wife did all the right things and we're gonna be ok but like most of us, I don't want to just be 'OK'. We all want more than that obviously.
