The person who works for me hates her tattoo. Is there any way to get rid of it that is not so expensive?

I did understand that it was more of a concern for her - I imagined it as being something like the name of an abusive ex or something, or some extremist group symbol. Although the latter case would be a candidate for one of the charities helping somebody turn over a new leaf, referred to above.

I also know transgender people who have tattoos that effectively out them. The ones I've known tend to get cover-up work, though, because they're still tattoo people.
