white faced capuchin (monkey) lounging on a piece of bamboo just outside my door... [View all]

I normally post a series, sometimes a large series, of photos and I wonder if it overwhelms people. maybe more posts with only one or two photos per post is better. what do you all think?

this shot isn't bad....the challenge was that I had a 500mm prime lens (IOW fixed focal length, not a zoom) and the monkeys were close enough that I had to move back to try to get them in the frame. this one stretched out and I cropped the toes on his right leg. I'm normally too focused on getting my subjects' eyes in focus and my framing and composition suffers....this time I was consciously trying to get the framing perfect but he stretched his leg too far down and I would have had to move back farther and miss the shot.
