5. I agree with the others that the price is more than fair.

The one thing you should consider, since some wildlife there can be dangerous, is a legal agreement making anyone renting that cabin fully aware of all the risks...and it should also include the renter agreeing to not do anything to lure any dangerous animals closer to that cabin. I'd recommend checking to see what sort of agreements other businesses bringing tourists into close contact with wildlife have.
