To get there now. I guess it does flood some on king tides. They run shuttle busses from a huge parking place on land. Go off season if you can. I can't imagine how packed it would be on season. There is also a bus that runs from the local train station.
We did hit the museum in Caen. We didn't go to the one at Sword. I was more interested but was out voted. We have been to the one at Dieppe previously.
