'No Kings' marches across Arkansas planned for Saturday [View all]
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. Organizers said that Little Rock-North Little Rock will be the location for one of the 15 No Kings protests planned throughout the state this Saturday.
Organizers said the No Kings event in Little Rock will take place alongside a Community Connect organization fair. Thousands are expected to march with 30 organizations on hand to promote democracy and build community, they said as a protest against the current presidential administration.
For central Arkansas, organizers said its North Little Rock Community Connect Fair will include booths from local nonprofits, mutual aid groups, advocacy organizations, civic groups and faith communities offering volunteer sign-ups, resource information and ways to get involved.
