but switched when I was tired of only having access to their pharmacy, etc. Very, very inconvenient!!! Also, they suck as far as doctors and hospitals go.

You probably make too much money to be able to get tax credits or subsidies if your costs are still that high. My sister just retired at 61 and I have no idea if she will get COBRA since she was a lawyer and makes too much for subsidies.

When health care costs are 30% of your fixed income (like mine are) you know we have a major problem in this country. I called Scott Peters and told him off for taking money from Big Pharm. He is supposed to be a Dem, turns out he is closer to a DINO. People are literally dying because they can't afford health care in the US. We are a joke to the rest of the world. When I tell my doctors that I can't afford the co-pay of some recommended test they act so surprised. Same as when I tell them I can only see them once a month instead of twice or when I cry in their office since I can't afford the $1,300 a month prescription drug they say will save my life. The doctors are clueless. So frustrating! No wonder so many people kill themselves due to being in pain from illnesses that aren't necessarily deadly. Tying your employer to your health insurance was the dumbest idea ever.
