Just make and market products that "should" appeal to the average woman. Look at old Doris Day films. How could the greedy Madison Ave marketers' pass up such a golden opportunity? It worked so they kept going with the BS "female" products from aspirin to cold cream to deodorant. This is just the 1,000,001 way women have been ripped off and cheated by men since the dawn of time. They use female "weakness" to control us...and Madison Ave continues the disgusting injustice. This expands beyond tampons, why aren't they free? If men had periods you know they would not only get free tampons but they would also get a full paid week off each month from work, no questions asked. We also know that If men got pregnant there would be a 100% reversal of just about half of the laws in this country...to favor the poor, injured, rape victims (male of course).
