defense strategy is grasping at straws. If he hadn't SET the earlier fire in the first place, the LAFD wouldn't have had to try to extinguish it. As someone who had to evacuate from the Eaton Fire for three days (and thank the GODS my home was OK but hundreds of my neighbors just up the road in Altadena weren't so lucky!), this makes me white-hot angry. Fuck that guy! I hope he rots in hell.
