who's doing something wrong.

Curious thing-- I recently ordered eyeglasses from Zenni, in China, and their tracking told me when they dropped them off at the PO at the port of entry. So, I tried to track them with the PO and got zilch. Then I got a notice from Zenni that they were delivered to my PO Box. Is this evidence that China is eating more of our lunch?

USPS has always had a few problems here and there, as expected with something so huge, but now it looks like its destruction might be assured.
