9. The mail referred to by that fine print

First, that fine print has always been there.

I have noticed that it usually includes oversized items like grocery ads, or most non-standard sized mail like advertising postcards or catalogs and even magazines.

FWIW, thus far I have not noticed any significant delays in mail delivery here.
