Ossoff thread for locals of Metro Atlanta or GA [View all]
Would like to hear perspective from locals. I'm from district 4 about 2 miles from the southern GA 6 border.
What Ossoff accomplished was unprecedented flipping 18% points.
He raised 23 million. Handel raised 4.5 million, but dark money spent around 15 million on negative ads against Ossoff.
If you live down here you know that they were some of the most negative ads ever. You could expect to hear "Ossoff is a liar" 10-15 times in a 30 sec ad.
I think Ossoff played too nice in not hitting back hard enough. Any other observations?
