3. We had a similar incident in Texas near the town Navasota

within the past year. A young woman was taking a modeling shoot at a switch junction. She was involved in her shoot that she did not see the train that came from behind her and killed her. I suspect that their will be a huge lawsuit against the railroad compny even though they weren't in the least way negligent or liable.
