4. It is "standard IT-procedure" to wipe everything, including the back-ups????

I know for a fact that it is an actual standard IT-procedure to make 3 separate back-ups: on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-> So when the server goes haywire, you have the choice to restore it to "the data we had yesterday", "the data we had last week" or "the data we had last month".
