doesn't explain why he did so before Ga. cases declined, we don't have the ability to test the majority of citizens to see exactly where the virus cases are, AND we don't have a program to contact trace. I believe he did this just to endear himself to DT! When DT turned against his decision it was too late for him to change his mind without looking like a real ass K*sser, so he kept on with it.

I don't believe many Georgians are going to go back to these places right away. They're too afraid of getting infected.
