Speaking from California, where we're very familiar with Proud Bois et al, and having been in Chicago during the Skokie "National Socialist Party" march, and having lived in Minnesota during my college years, I have to ask:

Is there any corroboration or a reference to confirm that this plan is more than just agit-prop to distract from much needed mutual aid and more?
