Except...

They do not see anyone who is not rich as their employer. Our five dollar donations did not get them the millions and millions they needed to get elected in this country. Rich people giving big donations did. And, for reasons that I would love to get into but cannot due to... other reasons... those donors are not as... enthused... as we are about stopping this regime. Some do not like what is going on, but I have not seen a real reaction to it from anyone who 'matters' in this sociopolitical landscape... so... it is a great idea, but until it is those with the real money standing in their office, well...
