Here is a guy - OK, as conservative as they come - working hard, the second time around, does not produce much enthusiasm and Pawlenty comes descending straight into the primary.

I don't know that he will bother with the party endorsement.

Interesting though: during his short-lived presidential campaign I read a short bio - in the WSJ, probably.

And it said that during his whole life (then) he never moved beyond 50 miles from where he was born. Schools, jobs, all in the vicinity.

I cam imagine now that his supporters think that after being in D.C. the past - what, six years? - that it would be nice to have a governor with ears in D.C. Or something.
