Tinker v Des Moines is settled case law. If they discipline for exercising free speech within reason (BLM< Pride, heck even MAGA), they are subject to a civil suit.

My kid would be wearing something the first day of school. Some parents should be thanking the school board for the free money to go to college when they sue.
